Philosophy
We start with our philosophy. The future is uncertain, complex and complicated and cannot be forecast with any degree of reliability. What we can say, with some confidence, is that we consistently emerge into this future, despite our best intentions, only to face further uncertainty, complexity and complications
Vision
Our vision for the future is that we must prepare, train and design for our emergence into uncertain, complex and complicated. Only on such a basis will we be best placed to take advantage of what is presented to us. Only on such a basis will we have the capacity to open the doors to opportunity that we find ahead of us
Policy
With our vision of emergence into an indeterminate future, we will only present solutions that are flexible, adaptable and supportable. We will not propose a choice of possible solutions. Rather, we will work on developing strategies and solutions toward a wide range of possibility, and narrow the choice as we proceed
